and garlic crouton garnished with Rocket

Roasted Asparagus with a freshly laid Poached Duck egg
finished with Hollandaise sauce (V)

Pan Seared King Scallops with Black pudding celeriac puree,
crispy Parma Ham finished with a Thyme jus

Gambas Pil Pil pan fried King Prawns with garlic and
Spanish Chorizo and freshly baked bread

 



Fillet of Long Horn Beef served with English Mustard Mash Potatoes
and fine green beans finished with a red wine jus

Fillet of line caught Halibut Pan roasted with silver onions served
with crab croquette potatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables

Free Range Supreme of Corn Fed Chicken stuffed with Cornish Brie and
Sun Blushed tomatoes served with mini fondant potatoes,

Romanesco cauliflower finished with a roast garlic sauce
